Role Overview
The Commercial Director is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing Hotel Distribute’s commercial strategy across hotel supply, partnerships, and revenue growth.
The role owns the company’s hotel supply operations, including contracting strategy, commercial performance, and the deployment of structured down payment programs. The Commercial Director is also responsible for representing the company externally, communicating its value proposition to hotels, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
A core responsibility of the role is to lead and manage Hotel Distribute’s network of 40+ strategic DMC relationships worldwide, ensuring strong commercial alignment, performance, and long-term partnership value.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational capability, able to lead and develop a remote commercial team while personally driving high-value commercial relationships and strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Vision:
• Define long-term commercial and supply strategy aligned with company objectives
• Identify priority destinations, hotel segments, and partnership opportunities
• Set commercial targets for supply growth, pricing, and margin
• Translate strategy into clear operational plans
Supply Operations Leadership:
• Own hotel contracting and supply performance across all destinations
• Ensure consistency and quality of commercial terms
• Optimise portfolio mix by destination, segment, and seller market
• Oversee contracting standards, pricing logic, and payment structures
Strategic Deals & Down Payments:
• Lead negotiation of large and strategic hotel agreements
• Structure and approve down payment and prepayment programs
• Balance pricing advantage with cash, risk, and return
• Work closely with finance on deal viability and exposure
Strategic DMC Relationships:
• Own and lead Hotel Distribute’s network of 40+ strategic DMC relationships globally
• Act as senior commercial point of contact for key DMC partners
• Drive performance, alignment, and mutual growth across the DMC network
• Structure and manage commercial frameworks with DMC partners
• Ensure DMC relationships are commercially effective and operationally aligned
Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead and develop a remote commercial team (contracts managers and support roles)
• Set objectives, monitor performance, and build a high-performance culture
• Ensure clear processes and accountability
• Recruit and scale the commercial organisation as needed
External Representation & Partnerships:
• Represent Hotel Distribute in senior commercial discussions
• Act as senior commercial point of contact for key hotel groups, DMCs, and partners
• Support business development through senior-level engagement
• Position the company as a credible and long-term commercial partner
Data-Driven Commercial Management:
• Use data and market intelligence to guide contracting strategy
• Monitor competitor behaviour and market pricing
• Ensure commercial decisions are evidence-based

Background & Requirements
8+ years’ experience in hotel contracting, commercial management, or senior supply roles
Experience within bedbanks, tour operators, DMCs, hotel groups, or B2B travel platforms
Proven track record of building and managing hotel supply portfolios
Proven experience managing senior-level partner relationships (including DMCs)
Experience structuring complex commercial agreements
Degree in Business, Tourism, Finance, or related field preferred
Languages

Role Overview
The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for leading Hotel Distribute’s financial operations across planning, treasury, risk, credit control, and cash collection, supporting the company’s merchant hotel contracting and distribution model.
This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational responsibility for managing receivables, controlling credit exposure, and ensuring timely cash collection from customers and partners.
The role is central to enabling Hotel Distribute’s structured down payment strategy by ensuring that cash inflows, payment timing, and credit risk are actively managed and aligned with commercial growth.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong experience in travel finance, treasury, and credit management, capable of operating autonomously in a fast-moving commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning:
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for merchant contracting activities.
• Translate commercial plans into financial models supporting pricing, margin, and down payment decisions.
• Provide insight to senior management on profitability, liquidity, and risk.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
• Own cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Manage bank relationships and payment processes.
• Optimise payment timing between hotels, suppliers, and customers.
• Support structured down payment strategies with sufficient cash coverage.
Credit Management & Cash Collection:
• Define and manage customer credit policies and limits.
• Monitor accounts receivable and overdue balances.

Down Payment & Contract Rate Analytics:

Role Overview
The Hotel Contracts Manager is responsible for driving business growth by sourcing, negotiating with, and onboarding new hotel partners to expand Hotel Distribute’s accommodation inventory.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy and initiative. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of identifying opportunities, building a pipeline of hotel partners, and closing commercial agreements independently.
The role is focused on building a competitive merchant-style hotel portfolio supported by structured down payment strategies and distributed through both static contracting and connectivity-based models.
Key Objectives
• Expand the hotel portfolio in priority destinations
• Secure competitive net rates and commercial conditions
• Deploy down payments strategically to improve pricing and availability
